How do I return an item?

Our goal at The Rider’s Touch is your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy for refund or exchanges:
  1. Returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days from the ship date.
  2. All items must be returned unused in the original packaging with all tags intact.
  3. We will refund the full amount of your purchase, excluding shipping charges, with the following exception: if the original shipment was our error or the product is in any way defective, we will refund the original shipping cost.
Please email us at [email protected] noting the order number and item number(s) and we will send a Return Authorization number to place on the return slip enclosed with your original order. We must have this number to process your return.
